21: Hermit Mode
Well, seeing as it is now 12:04 AM, I can conclusively say that I had less than 1000 steps on July 19th (otherwise known as "today", or if you're a pedant, "yesterday"). Today was a little bit of a fever dream, because I did fully and completely nothing. I set an alarm on Friday night for 9 AM, and told myself I was going to get up then and do something, but once it came to it, I didn't have any things to do, and the bed was cozy. I effectively just laid in bed until close to 2 PM, sleeping most of but not all of that time. After I got out of bed, I did a combination of played video games and watch youtube videos all day. I did at least eat two meals, which was more than I was expecting, but is also actually the average for me lately, so that's just kinda what it is. I didn't go to the store or do my laundry, which are the two things I need to get done every weekend, but I can do those two things tomorrow, so it isn't a big deal.
I was thinking about going to The Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum, because it isn't that far away, but that bus runs infrequently on Saturdays, and it closes at 5:30, so by the time I looked it wasn't enough time to be worth it. If I wake up early enough I might go tomorrow, but that remains to be seen.
I made some progress in the newest Destiny expansion on my solo character, and continued working on my long-term Minecraft floating castle project, which is currently lacking someone creative enough to make some executive decisions about what to build where (I'm an engineer and a builder, but not really very good with brainstorming or initial ideation).
I am actually tired as I write this, but I'm not really sure how; I got something like 13 hours of sleep and did absolutely nothing today.
