379: Lore-accurate college day - Italian Style
Today was honestly amazing.
I've used the term Lore-accurate before and explained it before, so I'm going to forego that, but in very short, today was a perfectly idyllic day in my college experience, even though I'm in Italy and everything is just about as different as it could be.
Today started with a midterm, which went super well. The multiple choice questions were easy, and the essay questions were two that I could yap on for a long long while.
The other half of that class was actually also awesome, because we talked a lot about Utopia (That's a book from the Renaissance, the origin of the word) and the meanings therein and what we thought our Utopia would look like, it was really fun.
I had like 30 minutes of downtime between that and Italian, so I went to the little shop and got a caprese sandwich, which was pretty good 😁.
Intermediate was also great. We're going over a ton of stuff in depth that we just barely skimmed during my beginner classes, which is great. The thing we worked on today isn't even on the syllabus, we were just so far ahead and so receptive that Professoressa Morena is going above and beyond for us, which is amazing.
After that I headed home.
