Today was pretty good.
I got up at 9, because I needed to get to Chip's for brunch, and I still had to put my skateboard together. I also woke up to the news that my server was down, because of course it was.
I got it back up and running pretty quickly, I just had to unplug and then re-plug a few things, so it wasn't too bad.
The skateboard went back together with no issues, and the commute to Chip's was really easy, and honestly really fun. With the work I've done in the last few days, this is the smoothest the board has ever been, and it rips.
Chip's parents were in town for the weekend, so they were at brunch, and it was really fun to meet them. Chip is one of my dearest friends, and his parents are a lot like him.
The picture is from brunch this morning, it was a really good time, and everyone but El made it, amongst my closest circle of friends.
I'm typing this one from my phone, in bed, with my girlfriend falling asleep on top of me, and I realized that the dividers I usually use don't work on here, which sucks, but whaddya do.
I'm going to leave this one short because of that, but also because today wasn't hat complicated. After brunch we studied at the library for like 3.5 hours, and then El got home 😄, so I went and said hi to her. I called my parents from hers, which was great, and then we burned some time before deciding to stay the night at mine, because it's closer to classes tomorrow.
She's super tired from this weekend (I wanna say I mentioned it but in case I didn't; she was volunteering at and playing at a festival - triathlon a few hours north all weekend, effectively camping), and I got almost exactly 6 hours of sleep last night, so I'm pretty tired too, and we're just going to bed.
That's all, folks!
