244: Pop!
Today was good! It started pretty standard; Cody and I got to the Hangar early to figure out some stuff for Blades testing, and then I was there until like 5PM working on Wind Power stuff, but it was all pretty good. We have our controls box completely done, all systems tested and functional, and every board is soldered! We even got to start testing the simpler parts of our controls system today, which was great.
After Wind Power I had a few minutes at home, I ate some snacks and charged up my board so I could make it to all of my nighttime activities.
I had a birthday party to go to for a friend of mine, and it was fun. The group I hang out with there is so different from the rest of my close friends, so it's a fun juxtaposition / perspective shift. It's also my sister's birthday (shoutout Claire), which is kinda fun.
I was only there for about an hour, because I also had dinner with Squad planned, as Jack's mom is in town, and she wanted to meet everybody. Dinner was great; Jack and his mom had made chicken shawarma and cauliflower shawarma, and the cauliflower one was delicious. We hung out and chatted for a good while, and I ended up getting home at like 11.
It's now almost 1 AM, so I'm going to leave this one super short and just go to bed (it's also daylight savings tonight). The title is one of the songs on the new Harry Styles album, which I listened to in it's entirety like 4 times today. It's probably early to call a favorite song, but Pop is definitely in the running.
