226: ABSOLUTE WIN
I absolutely SLAYED bowling this morning, it was amazing. I didn't catch the screen with all of my squares, but I think there were only two frames where I left any pins standing, and I ended up with a 200. Apparently 200 is high enough that it gives you a special finishing screen that says "200 CLUB" with a picture of a zeppelin in the background. It's dope.
I didn't get as much done as I wanted today (literally only the things I needed to get done), and that's for a couple reasons, but I don't feel bad about it, which is nice.
I know I can adapt my schedule tomorrow to figure it all out, the only thing I'm "behind" on is Italian, and that's an internal deadline anyway. I like to get my Italian homework done in halves, because there are a whole bunch of them due every two weeks, but I... haven't done the ones I should have done this Sunday yet. Whoops, but also I'll get it done eventually.
Lab today went fine, we fumbled around a little bit, but we did eventually get it all done before 3PM, which was great. I went to the library for a couple hours (mostly burned time with my friends, but that's alright), and then went home at ~5:30 for Stats office hours (via zoom) because I was confused. My stats professor is great, so he was super helpful and I figured it out around 6.
I went to Wind Power workday at ~6:30, which was HUGE, because I was able to work on my carbon deck, and it's done!!!
I need to sand the holes a little bit, they're still rough around the edges, but I got them all drilled, and I think they're lined up enough that it's actually going to work (which I lived in fear of messing up).
That took me the whole 2.5 hours of wind power worktime, but I got it done just in time, and then got to skate home in the rain. It's been raining hard for multiple days, and today was kind of insane. While I was at the hangar it was windy enough in the breezeway to throw open all of the doors, and all of the windows in the building were shaking. It was a vibe, but also slightly terrifying in an ancient literal hangar.
