368: Having to cross the room to turn on the lights

This is a view down an alley from a few nights ago. It's what I feel like I have to go down to simply turn on or off the lights.

This feels like an absolutely ridiculous thing for me to notice or complain about, but I have to walk across the room to turn the lights on and off in this room.

It's very mildly inconvenient.

It means I have to get up out of my chair.

I didn't have to do this when I had my king, Mycroft.
