326: The Cat in the Box Should Always be Presumed Alive
I found this title in a funny web comic that I read sometimes, as a part of in-universe laws, and I loved it. In context, it was "so as not to begin premature litigation of will", but I like it as a philosophy.
I like to think of myself as an optimist, and honestly the presumption that the cat (a reference to the famous Schrödinger's cat) is alive in the box makes me happier than the cat being dead. I also love the implication that the cat's death has legal ramifications, so there had to be a legal workaround for the duality of the life of the cat.
